25 Rows will be sold after the tent, Row 1 (streetside) until done (4pm).
Rows consist of: Antiques, furniture, collectibles,jewelry, tools, toys, china, glass, garden
accents, bikes, box lots & more.
SELLERS - Call at 10 a.m. sharp on the Friday before the auction (not a minute before or you must call again) to reserve your row. First caller gets first row or rows. You may reserve more than one row. Sellers cannot get together and split rows for lower commission. All sellers then unload Sunday from 6 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Please note: We do not accept reserve bids from sellers. All items are sold to the highest bidder. An item or a group of items, or an entire row may be combined to reach the minimum starting price of $5.00.
We accept antiques, collectibles, quality furniture, cars, estates, china, glass, smalls, old toys, old books, jewelry, vintage clothing, tools, farm equipment, tractors, rec. vehicles, motorcycles - one item or one thousand items. The better the quality, the more you make, the less commission you pay. Sliding commission - call for rates.) Get PAID CASH one hour after your lot sells.
Important: Auction team reserves the right to reject items for sale in the field. We do NOT accept items that you normally would take to the dump. We also do not accept tires, appliances, paint, haz mat material, mattresses, current clothing, or junk.
BUYERS - Preview at 8 a.m. No absentee bids. Buyers pay cash as you go. No credit cards or checks. 10% Buyer's Premium and .06% CT state sales tax unless you register each month as a dealer. Dealers must wear a tax exempt label that is visible to the auctioneer.
Immediate removal. There is help to haul your purchases to your car. Tip a Field Gopher (young adults who work for tips, not RHG) to watch your items or lug items to your car. Hire them for one job, one hour, or all day. Or bring your own gopher.

Tables and chairs under the tents for shade, eats, and small estate collectibles.
No pets. No bare feet. No smoking. No alcohol.
